Refund Policy

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a translation for which you have paid and you notify us within 24 hours of the time you received the translation, we will work on the translation until you are completely satisfied at no additional cost to you.

If you make a payment in error, for example, click on PayPal payment button more than once by accident, we will refund the payment made in error minus the transaction fee charged by PayPal.
